Digital Transformation Role You will be involved in a dedicated Digital Transformation team, applying innovative technologies to evolve and optimize companies through digitalization projects. Functional Analysis, Implementation, and Project Management: supporting the functional aspects, implementation, and management of new cross-functional solutions and reporting tools (e.g., Talentia or similar). Team Collaboration: working with internal and external teams to ensure project success. Who Are We Looking For? A master's degree in economics, management engineering, or equivalent. 2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Transformation projects and tool implementation (e.g., Talentia or similar). Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and sector best practices in cross-functional and reporting areas. Leadership and team management skills. Customer relationship management approach.
