Job Scope In collaboration with the sales and specialist teams, promotes the company's image in contact with customers. Responsibilities Provide service and support regarding instrument maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair. Conduct preliminary visits to laboratories for instrument positioning, installation, and testing at customer sites as per supervisor instructions. Participate in training programs to develop skills aligned with corporate goals. Manage activity reports using SGAT software and maintain spare parts inventory. Provide scheduled on-call support and track out-of-hours support requests. Ensure assigned instruments are up-to-date and fully functional. Report customer complaints to the Customer Care team and follow through until resolution. Education, Experience, and Qualifications Master’s Degree or High School Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Engineering, or related fields. Relevant medical systems experience, ideally with 2-3 years in field service of diagnostic equipment. Experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), FDA-regulated environments, or biotech industry preferred. Skills in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating medical diagnostic instruments. Knowledge of electronics, medical terminology, chemistry, physics, immunology, and immunoassay technology. Ability to demonstrate and explain equipment operation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows operating systems. Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
