Project Administrative Assistant - IDATA Unit

We are looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to work in the IDATA Unit. Responsabilit Update Programme Microsite, Manage and distribute mails from functional mailboxes, Prepare content and agenda of large regular alignment meetings, Organize Programme and Project Steering Committee meetings, Organize Weekly Office meetings, Data entry of programme information into the corporate portfolio management tool, Data entry of scheduling information. Functie-eisen Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level), At least 1 year of relevant working experience in performing various administrative tasks within international organisation, Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, Good communication and teamworking skills, Previous experience in supporting project administration would be considered an asset. Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months Salary: approx. €2300 per month before taxes Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
