Website link: https://www.eximietas.design Role: Senior Software Engineer - React.js - Individual Contributor ( Front-end Developer, Advanced ) Location: Bangalore ( 5 days - Work from Office) Experience: 6 Years - 10 Years Please consider the checklist below for the must-have tech expertise. · 8 years of professional experience in Frontend Development (ReactJS required). · Deep understanding of React hooks, context, performance optimisation, and component lifecycle. · Proven experience designing reusable component libraries or UI frameworks. · Has architected or restructured at least one mid-to-large-scale React project. · Strong test-driven development (TDD) mindset. · Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining test suites (Jest, React TestingLibrary,Cypress). · Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions). · Has configured build → test → deploy pipelines. · Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and environment configs. · Can lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. · Demonstrates ability to work independently and take technical initiative. · Communicates clearly and aligns technical work with business goals. · Able to lead Agile ceremonies and write technical user stories.
