We are seeking a proactive Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end facility operations, infrastructure upkeep, and campus support services . Role Objective: To manage and oversee all aspects of campus operations , including transport, housekeeping, IT infrastructure, electrical and utility maintenance, vendor management, and visitor handling , ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the school. Key Responsibilities: Overall Campus Operations Ensure the school campus is operationally ready each day with proper classroom setup, lighting, cleaning, and support services Coordinate with academic teams for exam arrangements, events, and logistics Ensure readiness of all school facilities including labs, AV rooms, and common areas Housekeeping & Sanitation Supervise daily housekeeping and hygiene practices across all blocks Conduct regular inspections and address cleanliness issues promptly Manage cleaning schedules and stock of cleaning materials Electrical, Utility & AMC Maintenance Monitor functioning of all electrical systems, lighting, fans, A/Cs, and water systems Coordinate with electricians and AMC vendors for timely repairs and servicing Oversee water supply, DG power, UPS, and ensure zero downtime Transport Coordination Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely vehicle reporting and student safety Maintain vehicle logs, fuel usage records, and driver attendance Support with route changes, tracking, and GPS monitoring IT & Infrastructure Support Ensure IT equipment (projectors, smart boards, computers, PA systems) are functional Coordinate with IT support vendors for troubleshooting and AMC issues Monitor internet connectivity, CCTV systems, and classroom tech readiness Vendor & Asset Management Manage third-party vendors for repairs, services, and facility support Maintain an updated record of school assets, AMC agreements, and inventories Monitor utility bills, consumables, and optimize operational costs ️ Security & Gate Management Supervise security guards and gate procedures Monitor campus access, maintain visitor logs, and issue gate passes Support compliance with fire safety and emergency protocols Guest Handling & Event Support Welcome and coordinate with guests, external trainers, vendors, and parents Provide logistic support during meetings, school functions, and campus events Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Operations / Facility Management background) 2–4 years of experience in school/institutional facility or campus operations Working knowledge of electrical basics, vendor coordination, transport & utility management Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools Strong communication, people management, and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and respond effectively to daily operational challenges Key Traits for Success: Proactive problem-solver Organized and deadline-focused Calm and professional under pressure Responsive and committed to maintaining high operational standards
