The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Infromatica MDM , coupled with a passion for data engineering, data science, and Informatica Developer . As a MDM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge data solutions that drive business value and innovation. Key Responsibilities • Platform Expertise: Utilize your in-depth Experiance of MDM , deploy, and manage scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. • Data Integration: Develop and maintain MDM processes to integrate data from various sources into the Databricks platform. • Data Exploration and Analysis: Leverage Databricks to perform data exploration, analysis, and visualization, ensuring data quality and accuracy. • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights. • Optimization: Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency within Databricks. • Automation: Implement automation and orchestration solutions to streamline data processing and reduce manual intervention. • Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Databricks, big data, and cloud technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with MDM , including designing, developing, and managing data solutions. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala. Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark). • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Certifications: Databricks certification or equivalent is highly desirable. • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
