Oracle HCM Techno functional Oracle HCM Techno functional Location: Chennai/ Kolkata/Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore Experience: 4 years to 12years Mandatory skills: Java Full Stack Technical Architect with Angular Must Have: · Specifically, they will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of Production support. · Documenting the client's as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state (in an existing environment) · Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit · Need to have an understanding on the test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment · Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking the initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues · Technical production support services. Good to Have: · Outstanding ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing. · Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions. · Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary. · Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model · Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure · Flexibility when it comes to supporting new technologies · Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies Role & Responsibilities: · At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM production support as a techno functional analyst · Completed at least 2 full ERP or HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) production support project. · Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for ERP/HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS for production support purposes. · Basic understating of SQL Server and Oracle scripting. · Experience on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components. 15 years of Education
