The Role: As the leader globally for Learning & Development (L&D), you will lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking L&D strategy aligned with business goals, employee growth, and organizational success across various countries. You will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, enhancing leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the company. Key Responsibilities: Strategic L&D Alignment Collaborate with business and regional leaders to understand company objectives, translating them into effective L&D strategies that drive organizational growth and performance. Design and implement L&D frameworks that align with current and future business needs, focusing on upskilling, leadership development, and retention. Learning Technology, Solutions & Innovation Leverage learning technologies and digital tools to enhance learning experiences, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and engagement across the organization. Keep abreast with best AI and such latest technologies and curate programs to enable our people to technically upskill Curate upskilling, cross skilling programs identifying the needs of the business and technology world. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovative L&D practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table. Establish metrics for success and regularly analyze data to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives. Talent & Career Development Define and implement a comprehensive career development strategy and career architecture that aligns individual aspirations with organizational goals. Build learning programs that align with different levels of talent development and career progression Establish clear career progression models, ensuring that employees have opportunities to develop and grow within the company. Lead initiatives to identify, nurture, and retain top talent through mentorship, coaching, and tailored development paths. Oversee the creation and execution of talent development programs for employees at all levels, with a focus on high-potential and senior leadership pipelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR, business leaders, and department heads to design integrated talent management and succession planning processes. Influence leadership teams on the importance of L&D in driving employee engagement, retention, and overall business success. Use data insights to refine and optimize the learning experience and demonstrate ROI to key stakeholders. Cultural Transformation & Employee Engagement Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and upskill. Lead organizational-wide change management initiatives that support learning and agility across teams. Budget & Resource Management Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business priorities. Optimize internal and external resources to deliver high-impact learning programs. Skills Required: Expertise in designing technical upskilling programs Expertise in learning technologies, digital platforms, and e-learning tools. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to influence and engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics to drive program success. Preferred: Experience in driving change management and cultural transformation within a tech company. Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Qualification & Experience: Proven experience (12 years) in leading L&D or Talent Development functions, preferably within an IT or technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of business strategy, talent management, and leadership development principles.
