Power Bi Architect / Lead Experience : 12-15 Years Location: Only Hyderabad Workmode : Hybrid Interview 1 virtual,1 F2F Mandatory Skills: PowerBI Stack-6 ,MS Fabric-1,Azure-5,SSRS-4,DAX-4, ETL-4, Power BI Embedded-4, Architect-2 yrs or Lead-2 yrs Job Description: We are looking for an experienced BI & Reporting Lead with a strong background in Microsoft Power BI, MS Fabric, Azure, and the Microsoft BI Stack to lead a team of BI developers and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of BI developers and manage end-to-end delivery of BI and reporting solutions. Design and build automated reports, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards using Power BI. Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. Connect to a wide range of data sources (databases, APIs, and data services), import data, and perform data transformation using Power Query, DAX, and other tools. Optimize the performance and user experience of embedded Power BI reports. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards and policies. Support self-service BI capabilities by enabling users to create their own reports using a semantic model. Implement embedded analytics using Power BI Embedded, ReactJS or Angular, and REST APIs. Pass parameters from web applications to embedded Power BI reports as needed. Required Skills: Strong experience in MS Power BI, MS Fabric, Azure, and MS SQL Server BI Stack including SSRS, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, and MDX. Solid understanding of ETL processes, relational and multidimensional database design, and SQL. Proven experience in Power BI embedded analytics and integrating with ReactJS or Angular applications. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing data models and transformation processes. Ability to quickly shape raw data into meaningful reporting solutions
