Currently, we serve more than 50 companies with a team of over 20 professionals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HRMS Developer using PHP/Laravel located in Noida. The HRMS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR management systems using Laravel and the PHP framework. Daily tasks include writing and testing code, troubleshooting and debugging, and ensuring the overall functionality and user experience of the HRMS. The role involves close collaboration with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Laravel and PHP framework Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong understanding of databases and SQL Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with version control systems like Git Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with HRMS systems and knowledge of HR processes is must
