Sr Director- MES Techno Functional SME

MES Techno Functional SME We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Transformation Consultant with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and Program Management experience to join our team The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 23 years of experience with manufacturing solutions 15 years of business analysis and program blueprint development and 5 years of consulting expertise in large manufacturing transformation projects within the process industry. Responsibilities Managing multisite Global MES program Collaborating with Client leadership to govern the program effectively Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and lead the implementation of new solutions Lead the analysis and design of new manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness Develop program blueprints for largescale manufacturing transformation projects in the process industry Collaborate with internal and external stockholders to devise Industry 40 roadmap for manufacturing Provide expert consulting services on manufacturing processes including scheduling dispatching quality management lot creation recipe management and traceability Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology and processes 23 years’ experience in MES Application development and rollout Deep handson experience with AVEVA MES and manufacturing IT applications in a production environment providing Help Desk breakfix enhancement upgrade and business value creation services Experience with requirements gathering technical specification development solution design and architecting cost estimating and developing technical project plans and staffing assignments Experience with ITIL AMS processes and service management Experience with managing and mentoring onshore and offshore technical staff to drive optimal performance and quality deliverables Experience with managing project risk related to the delivery of support work and managing project budgets related to that delivery Experience with semiconductor industry preferable Ability to build and maintain executive level client relationships Articulate good presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results Education A bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT Skills Mandatory Skills : Estimation, Labelling, MES-Others, Angular, InfinityQS SPC, Integration Architecture, Java, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, Node.js, Apriso, POMS, Python, Rockwell FactoryTalk Pharma Suite, Sepasoft,.Net Core, VC++,WERUM PAS-X, JSON, Javascript /jQuery, Serialization, C#, C++, Flexcube technical PL/SQL,.NET Core WebAPI (Using MVC Core),.Net Framework, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Architecture-COTS, Aveva MES, Business Process Design, Mapping, Camline LineWorks MES, Point Of Views, Roadmap/ Strategy, Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Suite, Siemens-Opcenter Execution for Discrete, SIEMENS-OPCENTER Execution for Electronics, Siemens-Opcenter Execution for Lifescience, TrakSys by Parsec, Tulip MES, ZnT PAC, MNProcess Manufacturing, GE Plant Apps, Siemens-Opcenter Execution for Semiconductor & Solar, Discrete Manufacturing Operations, Process Manufacturing Operations, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, AR_VR_MR
