Service Now Developer/Lead

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 5 to 8 years (Grade P3) Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai Shift: General Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Own and execute configuration tasks across the ServiceNow platform. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. Deliver new functionality across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules. Support the full development lifecycle and assist with incident resolution. Collaborate with platform administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. Required Skills: Strong background in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management. Advanced system administration and scripting capabilities. Experience with database schema design and data modeling. Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM; exposure to ITAM/ITOM is a plus. Certifications Preferred: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
