Informatica Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Integration Developer with expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), strong SQL development experience, and hands-on Python scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and integration solutions across various systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable and reliable ETL workflows using Informatica IICS. Work with structured and semi-structured data from different sources and formats. Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Automate data pipelines and data validation processes using Python scripting. Perform data quality checks, error handling, and logging. Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitor and optimize ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance issues. Maintain documentation of data flows, mappings, and logic. Participate in Agile sprints, daily standups, and planning meetings. Required Skills: 5–8 years of experience in ETL/Data Integration development. Proficient in Informatica IICS (Application Integration, Data Integration). Strong command of SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL). Solid hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation tasks. Experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting ETL pipelines. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs integration using IICS or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Jenkins) is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Informatica IICS certification is a plus. Experience in working with data warehousing concepts and tools. Familiarity with modern data architectures (e.g., Data Lake, Lakehouse). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
