T24 Developer Lead

Role : T24 Developer Lead Experience require :Overall 10 years exp in IT( 6 years in Temenos Transact (T24) development) Location : Hyderabad Work from office 3 days every week Mandate skill • 10 years in IT, with 6 years in Temenos Transact (T24) development. • Deep understanding of TAFJ architecture, jBASE/TAFC environment, and core banking customizations. • Strong expertise in building local developments, creating versions, enquiries, templates, and APIs (OFS). • Good knowledge of messaging formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, JSON, XML). • Java development skills (Spring Boot, microservices) are desirable • Familiarity with Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) or payment integrations is an advantage. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred. Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and customization of Temenos Transact (T24) modules. • Develop and enhance local developments, AA products, and integration components. • Define and implement API-based integrations with external systems (internal/external APIs, OFS, TCI). • Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects for technical feasibility and solution design. • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimizations. • Support DevOps practices for automated builds, deployments, and version control.
