Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join a global team driving digital transformation. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between business teams and technical experts, helping design and deliver impactful solutions on the AEM platform. What you’ll do: Requirements gathering & analysis Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs. Translate those needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows. Functional design & collaboration Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and AEM architects. Help define components, templates, and workflows tailored to business goals. AEM platform optimization Recommend best practices and improvements leveraging AEM features such as content fragments, personalization, and DAM. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and platform governance. Testing & validation Define and execute test cases. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues. Documentation Create clear, user-friendly documentation, including process flows, functional specs, and training materials. ️ Requirements ✅ Must-have: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects. Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : templates, workflows, components, DAM, etc. Hands-on with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs). Nice to have: Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence. Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM) or similar are a plus. Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies. Key skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in multicultural, globally distributed teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
