Contracts Specialist, southern Catalonia, Spain Our client, a global leader in providing industrial gases, technologies and applications expertise to industrial companies is looking for a Contracts Specialist to be based at their site in southern Catalonia. As a Contracts Specialist you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms. Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation. Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise. Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems. Provide training and support to staff on contract-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management or a related role. Strong understanding of contract law and industry regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
