Telecommunications Engineer (Transportation)

TELTRONIC is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer, with the necessary skills and interest to develop his / her professional career in transportation sector performing product configuration, V&V test, training and customer support during project development and commissioning stages. Responsabilities: • Provide training and technical support to customer during its development based on Teltronic APIs. • Provide support to the project teams and manufacturing department on engineering processes, design, and documentation. • Development of technical documentation related to the projects such test protocols, user procedures and guidelines. • Product configuration and integration test related to the projects. • Deployment and installation support to project team. • SW tools development to support and increase project analysis capabilities. What are we looking for? Qualifications: Telecommunications/Electronics/Computer Engineering Degree Essential skills and experience: Fluent in English & Spanish. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Networking , TCP/IP, NAT, Routing, Firewalls Basic electronic/electric knowledge Personal attributes: The ability to: Communicate well with customers and with other members of the team or with other members of the company. Work under pressure to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop in problem solving and decision making. Manage efficiently priorities. Inter-departmental relationship. Flexible for frequent traveling abroad, spending several days / weeks away from home as needed.
