SEO Consultant M/F - Madrid

We are looking for a proactive and results driven SEO Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid grounding in technical SEO , a strategic mindset , and the confidence to manage SEO projects independently from planning to execution. You will be working with a diverse range of clients or internal stakeholders , helping to develop and implement SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. Responsibilities Technical SEO Audits : Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and others. Site Optimization : Identify and resolve technical issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, structured data, internal linking, and more. On-Page SEO: Optimize landing pages, meta data, headers, and content to align with SEO best practices and keyword strategies. Keyword Research & Strategy : Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies based on business goals and user intent. Project Management : Own SEO projects from briefing and research through to implementation, analysis, and reporting—managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. Performance Monitoring : Track, report, and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Looker Studio, and other tools. Client/Stakeholder Communication : Deliver clear, insightful updates and recommendations in both written and verbal formats. Collaboration : Work closely with developers, designers, content creators, and other marketers to implement SEO best practices across web assets. Requirements Fluent English 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience , ideally in an agency or multi-client environment. Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, tools, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with minimal oversight. Familiarity with major SEO tools : Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc. Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify. Comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and driven by results.
