Job Description
Join a key role as Finance & HR Controller within the services sector, based in Brussels. This position offers the chance to lead strategic financial planning and control, working closely with senior leadership to drive informed decisions and optimize costs. Your responsibilities as Finance & HR Controller: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for compensation and benefits Manage P&L and Balance Sheet controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business teams to control costs and monitor performance Prepare reports for Senior Leadership and coordinate with auditors Support digital projects and financial tool improvements Participate in a lot of adhoc strategic projects with a direct exposure to C-level Your profile: You have a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering You have 3-10 years of relevant experience, advisory/audit is a plus You are fluent in French or Dutch (and English) Strong analytical skills, problem solver, comfortable with senior stakeholders Solid accounting knowledge Excellent communication and advanced Excel skills The offer : Career development and learning opportunities Hybrid work model (50% remote) Company car and meal vouchers Attractive allowances and group insurance package Take your next career step as Finance & HR Controller in an international, growing environment.
