Job Description

The laboratory in Antwerp takes care of the production and delivery of laboratory services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is characterized by quality and short response times and is ISO 17025 accredited and ISO 9001 certified. Activities include both high-frequency measurements, often with short response times, and measurements with lower frequencies and longer response times on petroleum products, gases and petrochemicals and related products. General techniques such as GC, HPLC, XRF, ICP, AAS and titration and specific techniques for the determination of physical aspects are used. In addition, our Cargo inspection department in Antwerp provides cargo inspection services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Activities include quantitative and qualitative cargo inspections and sampling for the purpose of analysis and retention of products including gas, chemicals, blends, minerals and edible oils. Customer Service Support (m/v/x) Industry: Oil, Gas & Chemical Logistics (Inspection Services) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Antwerp Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Support to join our logistics and inspection services team in Antwerp. In this administrative Customer Service Support role, you will handle inspection orders from completion through invoicing, ensuring all related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly stored. No previous experience is required – we prioritize a positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, thinks independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that occasionally extends beyond standard office hours.
