Responsibilities: • Develop and implement custom solutions on Salesforce, specializing in Experience Cloud. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and architects, to design user-focused features. • Manage continuous integration and deployment processes using tools like GitHub. • Create and refine Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and other declarative tools. • Leverage AI-based development tools to improve coding efficiency and testing accuracy. • Support packaging and deployment strategies across different environments. • Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high-quality standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues through bug fixes, refactoring, and performance optimization.• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development. • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. • Familiarity with GitHub and Salesforce packaging strategies. • Knowledge of AI-driven development tools and modern software practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. • Previous experience with agile methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira. • Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred but not required. • Background in backend development, API integration, and bug tracking systems.
