A highly successful 5* housebuilder, based in Nottingham. They are a growing developer with a particularly strong presence in the regions, with 9 offices across the UK. The role will be working alongside their Technical teams on a number of regional developments and plenty more in the pipeline. WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR: Our client is looking for a competent planner to lead their planning across the East Midlands. The ideal person will have demonstrable experience across the residential sector. This opportunity is ideal for a Planning Manager with another housebuilder or a Senior/Associate Planner who is looking to make the move from consultancy to a developer.
