Business Analyst & Technical Project Manager Newry/Belfast 4 day work week with Full Pay (2 Onsite) Hayward Hawk are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead key business transformation projects from concept through to completion. This role combines process analysis with hands-on project delivery across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document business processes and systems. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Manage IT and business projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with development, support teams, and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and communicate project progress. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments. What Were Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 5 years experience in business analysis and project management. Strong understanding of insurance or credit hire industry is preferred but not essential Proven experience managing complex IT projects. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and data/process analysis tools.
