Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Based in the Dungannon area my client is a renowned quarry machinery manufacturer who design and manufacture various types of screeners and other similar products. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator. On offer is an above market rate salary, 5% pension, private healthcare, 32 holidays and a 38 hour working week with a finish at lunchtime every Friday. To be suitable you must have at least 2 years experience in general administration. Role Sales Administrator Administers and create Customer Quotes, Transport Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Order Acknowledgements, Works Orders, etc. Receives information to prepare an order and has a clear understanding of production processes in order to provide accurate confirmed orders. Communicate order changes and updates to all internal parties Fully understand Internal Sales processes and Transport roles, to be able to provide cover in each discipline Operate ERP System Presents a professional work ethic & image as determined by the Company at all times, internally and externally.
