Property Litigation Solicitor – Leeds An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading Legal500 and UK Top 200 law firm. This role is perfect for a Solicitor with a few years of experience who is looking to take on more responsibility and support the development of Junior Lawyers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Role: You will play a key role in managing and overseeing a range of high-value property disputes. You will advise a varied client base, including commercial landlords, tenants, developers and landowners, while taking a lead role on complex and high-profile matters. As part of this role, you will also supervise and mentor junior members of the team, helping to foster their professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Leading a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property disputes Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent arrears and possession claims Managing disputes related to boundaries, rights of way and property damage Drafting high-quality pleadings, settlement agreements and correspondence Representing clients at hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, providing guidance and support Managing and progressing your own caseload while contributing to the development of the wider team Requirements: 5–8 years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation Excellent technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures Proven experience in managing complex cases and leading client relationships Strong drafting and communication skills A collaborative and team-focused approach, with the ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues A proactive, client-focused attitude with commercial awareness The Firm Offers: A supportive, friendly and professional work environment Hybrid working and flexible arrangements Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for career development, including involvement in business development and strategic projects This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and work in a dynamic, high-performing team at a well-respected regional law firm.
