The Role: Real Estate Tax Structuring AD The Client: Global Investment Manager The Location: London The Opportunity Looking to take on a strong Tax Professional to manage their European Based RE Equity Funds, reporting into the MD. Broad role covering an interesting range of asset classes. The Responsibilities Managing tax affairs for the RE Equity Funds supporting all phases of the deal cycle and investment holding period Review & Model on various provisions Oversight of the outsourced advisors across the UK, France, Germany etc Stakeholder management – work closely with the PMs and Fund Finance team Compliance co-ordination The Requirements Qualified Tax Professional Experienced in identifying and implementing tax implications throughout acquisitions, disposals etc Strong understanding of RE Funds Competent on managing relationships internally and externally
