The concept is rooted in traditional Levantine cuisine with a focus on grills, fire cooking, and fresh salads , delivered in a tight, service-driven format. The kitchen runs a pre-developed, centralised menu , your role is to deliver it with precision, consistency, and confidence. No creative input required just strong execution, team leadership, and a guest-facing mindset. The project sits within a well-established international brand , offering all the support, systems, and progression pathways that come with a global operation. While the site is independently managed, it benefits from structured backing and long-term career potential across the wider group.
