DATA ANALYST LONDON (4X WEEK) UP TO £40,000 THE COMPANY Join a dynamic and collaborative Business Strategy & Analytics team within a forward-thinking, high-growth organisation. This company operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and values data-driven decision-making at its core. You’ll work across functions, solving complex problems and influencing strategy with your insights. THE ROLE As a Business Strategy and Analytics Analyst, you’ll work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver high-impact analysis that drives decision-making. From ad hoc deep dives to strategic dashboards, your work will shape the way the business operates day to day. You’ll: Scope and deliver analysis to answer commercial and strategic business questions Own ad hoc and project-based analysis across customer, pricing, and product datasets Clean, transform, and interpret data from various (often imperfect) sources Collaborate cross-functionally to align analysis with business goals Build and support Power BI dashboards to visualise performance and KPIs Advocate for data quality and support the integration of new data sources Help shape how insights are communicated through storytelling and visualisation YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You’ll need: 2 years in an analytical or insight-focused role Proven experience working with customer, product, or commercial data Strong data transformation and problem-solving skills Ability to work with large, messy datasets with attention to detail Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus An interest in developing commercial acumen and influencing strategy Natural curiosity, a learning mindset, and collaborative spirit NB: This role is based in Central London 4x week - if this is not possible please do not apply.
