Role Overview As the Business Development / Pre-Construction Manager, you will drive strategic growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and leading the development of high-quality tender submissions. You’ll work closely with internal technical, commercial, and operational teams, and represent the company with confidence at industry events, meetings, and across digital platforms.
