Backed by a strong mission to improve patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology, they’re now looking for a Tech Lead to help shape and scale their web application architecture as they enter their next phase of growth. The Role As Tech Lead, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in architecting and evolving the company’s core platform. This is a high-impact position, suited to someone with deep expertise in front-end technologies and cloud architecture, combined with the vision to build scalable, secure, and performant systems. Key Responsibilities Architect and lead the development of modern web applications using React and TypeScript Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems on AWS Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality user experiences Mentor and guide a small team of engineers, fostering clean code practices and technical excellence Influence technical strategy and roadmap decisions at a senior level (Bonus) Contribute to the development of AI-powered features and tools Requirements Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or tech-forward company Deep expertise in React , TypeScript , and modern JavaScript frameworks Strong experience designing and deploying web applications on AWS Excellent understanding of application architecture, API design, and cloud-native best practices Comfortable working autonomously and making strategic technical decisions Based in the UK and eligible to work without sponsorship Bonus Skills Experience building or integrating AI/ML applications If you are interested please reach out ASAP with your latest CV - Liam.Moir-Holland@tconnectgroup.com
