Software Engineer - London, 2 days on site My client is building AI voice tech and need a hands-on engineer to help us scale. You’ll work across the stack (mostly backend), ship features, and own your work—no micromanagement here. What you'll do: Build and maintain full-stack features (with a backend focus) Integrate with third-party services Contribute to AI voice R&D and prompt engineering Own your work—you’ll have autonomy and trust What we’re looking for: 4 years’ experience Extensive experience working with Python and frameworks Solid with SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs, and DevOps basics Clear communicator, self-starter Very nice to have: LLMs or voice tech experience Real-time systems knowledge AWS, security, or compliance know-how
