Senior National Account Manager

Their mission-driven approach, award-winning product range, and investment in people make this an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior National Account Manager looking to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small team (NAM NAE), coaching for performance and growth. Manage key national retail accounts with full P&L responsibility (~£2.5m). Build long-term, collaborative relationships with major customers. Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), promotional strategy, and range reviews. Identify new business opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply, finance, etc.) to ensure commercial alignment. Deliver compelling commercial propositions, using insights to shape strategy. Drive in-store and online execution with a focus on best-in-class shopper marketing. Support the delivery of innovation and NPD initiatives with retail partners. Requirements Proven experience managing major UK retailers at Senior NAM or NAM level - ideally in wellness, healthcare, supplements, OTC, or adjacent categories. Strong commercial acumen and experience owning P&L. Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Confident communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally. Experience managing and developing direct reports is desirable. Skilled in strategic planning, JBP, forecasting, and data-led decision making. Energetic, driven, and passionate about improving consumer health and wellbeing.
