Program Manager, International – AI Leader London (Hybrid) | Approx. £116,000 (Plus Benefits, inc. Bonus) An industry-leading AI company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives across EMEA. This role is focused on delivering integrated campaigns in partnership with global marketing, product, and creative teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns across Europe and other key international markets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative work. Oversee campaign development, execution, and delivery—balancing objectives, timelines, resources, and risks. Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, tools, and team coordination. Manage agency relationships and production workflows, including budgets, procurement, and creative approvals. Ensure consistent brand execution across multiple channels and markets. Navigate ambiguity and lead through influence, not hierarchy. Essential Skills & Experience 10 years in creative advertising or in-house brand roles, with client-facing experience. Proven track record in integrated campaign production across digital, print, OOH, and experiential. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience across EMEA markets; knowledge of emerging markets (e.g., India, Brazil, UAE) is a plus. Skilled at driving clarity, managing complexity, and thriving in fast-paced environments. Confident working with senior leadership and large cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in global tech or AI-driven companies. Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian. Background in creator-led, event-based, or social-first brand activations. This is a strategic, hands-on role blending account leadership, operations, and production. Ideal for someone who excels in complex environments, adapts quickly, and leads with impact.
