Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer - Warwick (hybrid) - £90,000 per annum My client, one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, are recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid with a couple of days in the office in Warwick required with rest being remote. As a Senior Engineer you will drive high quality software development at pace into large clients delivering value quickly. This is a key strategic position for the organisation and will play a fundamental & ambitious role in supporting the organisation with achieving their growth objectives and international expansion. The role is approx. 70% hands-on with 30% being more around leadership. What will you do: • Continually assess and evaluate current technology capabilities, usability, and effectiveness of software development • Develop software for mobile and desktop applications using React, Node or similar. • Utilise AWS cloud technology to deliver CI/CD effectiveness • Help develop best coding practice within the company in areas such as software design patterns and practices, SOA, Microservices, Dependency Injection, test driven development. • Utilise automated testing and monitoring technology If the above sounds like you, please get in touch for further details.
