We’re Hiring: Experienced Commercial Finance Broker Location: Cheshire (Hybrid working available for the right person) £40,000 OTE uncapped commission Are you an experienced Commercial Finance Broker ready to take the next step? We’re working with a thriving and ambitious brokerage in Cheshire that’s expanding — and they’re looking for someone with proven experience in commercial finance to hit the ground running. This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll need to have worked in commercial lending, property finance, or asset finance — and be confident managing deals from enquiry through to completion. What You’ll Be Doing: • Handling inbound and outbound enquiries • Matching clients with tailored funding solutions (bridging, development, asset finance, etc.) • Managing the full deal cycle, from enquiry to completion • Building trusted relationships with both clients and lenders • Maintaining accurate and compliant records in the CRM ✅ What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in commercial finance broking or a similar funding role is essential • Strong understanding of funding products (bridging, asset finance, development, etc.) • A confident communicator who builds trust quickly • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills What’s In It For You: • Competitive base salary • Uncapped commission with strong earning potential • Hybrid working for the right candidate • Supportive team with growth opportunities
