Quality Assurance Specialist - HR/Payroll

Contract 6-12 Months (Inside IR35) £400 per day - Glasgow Synechron are in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer with either strong Workday or SAP Success Factors experience to work with the Payroll Tech Testing team to implement testing methods & process of specific Payroll systems. The Role: The QA Engineer will work closely with HR IT, Workday IT, Time tracking and ADP teams to identify and develop automated integrated solutions capabilities in support of Payroll processes. Other Duties: Adhere the SDLC methodologies for various kinds of upgrades, compliance changes in Payroll/time systems Provide technical guidance to Developers following secure coding standards and guidelines in Java and other automated applications used in MS. Support integrations between various HR/Payroll/Time applications across the globe Liaise with internal partners to implement, manage and optimse testing process and act as key player during meeting with external HR IT/Payroll IT vendors Manage and advise the Payroll IT teams during the annual tech changes in ADP GV as well as Workday integrated solutions. Required Skills / Experience: Experience with working on Workday and/or ADP GV environments as tester Understands process of Payroll along with eTime applications Must have tested on Payroll applications Basic knowledge in ADP GV or SAP payroll process testing with respect to any HCM applications systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday or MS Dynamics or Oracle HCM. if you don't have the experience mentioned in the four bullet points above, you won't be considered!
