The practice spans: Complex commercial disputes Civil fraud Investment banking litigation Breach of trust and fiduciary duty Allegations of money laundering, bribery, and corruption Shareholder conflicts This is an opportunity to channel your disputes experience into a practice that is both premium and hands-on. The successful candidate will: Be England & Wales qualified, likely between NQ and 2 PQE Have trained and qualified at a leading City or international firm Possess a strong grounding in commercial litigation (with arbitration a plus) Demonstrate technical excellence and sound judgment This is best suited to someone who thrives with autonomy, has the confidence to run matters with minimal oversight, and relishes the dynamic environment of a smaller, specialist firm.
