Tax Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing organisation with ambitious plans for the future. This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of tax areas, working closely with the Head of Tax on both compliance and strategic matters across a dynamic UK group and its overseas subsidiaries. About the Role In this hands-on position, you will: Prepare UK Corporation Tax returns and related computations. Support ongoing transfer pricing and BEPS documentation. Manage cash tax forecasting and payments. Prepare and oversee VAT returns (UK VAT group and international). Collaborate with payroll and reward teams on P11D, PSA and ERS filings. Assist with group tax accounting, disclosures, and governance documentation. Contribute to the maintenance of internal tax policies, risk registers, and SAO compliance. Help manage key relationships with HMRC, auditors, and advisors. What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of UK Corporation Tax and VAT. Experience preparing UK tax returns and group-level tax disclosures. Familiarity with PAYE is a plus (training can be provided). Excellent analytical, data processing and communication skills.
