The Role: This role would suit a senior associate or associate with a strong track record in construction matters (contentious, non-contentious or mixed) Responsibilities include: Leading on high-value and complex mandates Playing a visible role in business development and client relationship management Have significant input into team strategy and development Key Sectors & Work: Developers, funders, contractors and consultants Education, healthcare and local authorities JCT, NEC, FIDIC, bespoke contracts Litigation, arbitration, adjudication and ADR National and international mandates, including arbitration work seated in London
