You’ll advise on a wide range of complex infrastructure, engineering and development projects. The team is highly collaborative, working across sectors such as retail, finance and energy on major national and international projects. Key Responsibilities : Advise clients on all aspects of non-contentious construction law Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts, including JCT and NEC suites Support clients through project life cycles, advising on procurement strategy and risk Work with developers, funders, contractors and public sector bodies Build long-term client relationships by getting involved in the business community Work closely with colleagues in real estate, commercial and projects teams About You : You'll be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales Ideally 1 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law Mixed caseload experience (contentious and non-contentious) also welcome Commercially minded, motivated and keen to specialise in this area Excellent communication and drafting skills Why Apply?
