Freelance Construction Manager (Electrical) – Data Center Project Location: Stuttgart, Germany Duration: 6 Months (Starting ideally June 2, 2025) Type: Freelance / Contract Background: Electrical Engineering with Data Center Experience We are urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Electrical) for a 6-month freelance contract in Stuttgart . This is a critical role on a large-scale data center project , requiring a professional with solid electrical expertise and fluency in German (B2 or higher). Start date: ideally June 2nd . Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all on-site work Coordinate daily with subcontractors, engineers, and client teams Ensure compliance with German regulations and safety standards Manage progress reporting, issue tracking, and schedule adherence Act as the on-site electrical authority for the data center build Requirements: Extensive experience managing electrical works on data center or industrial projects Degree or strong background in electrical engineering Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Fluent in German (B2 or above) and proficient in English Available to work on-site in Stuttgart from early June What We Offer: A high-profile, technically demanding project environment International team with strong collaboration culture Competitive day rate and streamlined onboarding
