Senior Java developer

Freelance Java Developer I'm looking for a freelance backend developer to join a tech-driven marketing team at an innovative company. You'll help build scalable, cloud-native systems that support customer acquisition through performance marketing and automation. What you'll do Develop and maintain backend services in a high-scale environment Work with GCP tools like BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow and Spanner Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and marketers Take ownership of systems from build to monitoring Who are you? 4-5 years backend experience, 3 years with Java (11) Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform - especially tools like BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Spanner Familiar with Airflow, microservices, distributed systems Communicative, proactive, ownership-driven Nice to have: DropWizard, CI/CD (e.g. Harness), containerisation, AWS Practical details: Start date: As soon as possible Duration: 6 months (with chance of extension) Availability: 32-40 uur per week Location: Amsterdam, hybride Hourly rate: Depending on experience If you are interested i would love to hear from you!
