ServiceNow Developer SPM | Netherlands

Job Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience (Years): 10 years Pay Rate – TBN Start Date - ASAP 6 Months Contract – Renewable Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow SPM suite: Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, Timecards, Agile/SAFe, and Financial Planning. Implement custom workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and automations using Flow Designer and Script Includes. Integrate ServiceNow SPM with external tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, etc., using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics and native reporting tools. Participate in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, and technical design sessions. Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Process Owners, Architects, and QA teams. Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches in line with best practices. Ensure compliance with security standards, governance models, and change management processes. Required Skills & Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 3 years in SPM (or ITBM) modules. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer. Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management, Agile methodologies, and ITIL/ITSM frameworks. Experience with Agile Development 2.0, Scrum Programs, and/or SAFe implementations in ServiceNow. Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations (Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, etc.) Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM Agile and Test Management (optional) Familiarity with Scoped Applications and Custom App development. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Rally.
