Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key point of contact, you will support both internal teams and external partners. With in-depth knowledge of Microsoft offerings and partner portfolios , you will build strong, lasting relationships to recruit and retain customers while positioning Crayon as the preferred partner. Other responsibilities will include : Manage and optimize Microsoft licensing agreements to ensure maximum value and compliance Analyze and implement Microsoft programs , including rebate structures and software advisory projects Drive annuity penetration and optimize long-term licensing strategies Negotiate complex licensing deals to secure the best outcomes for customers and partners Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on licensing best practices Your Competencies : 3 years of experience in Microsoft licensing or a similar role Strong business acumen with the ability to align licensing strategies with business value Expertise in translating IT business requirements into Cloud & Software solutions Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing models and their commercial impact About You: You are an effective communicator who ensures alignment and clarity among stakeholders You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in licensing management and documentation You are a collaborative problem-solver who delivers excellent customer support and solutions At Crayon, we believe in a true work-life balance that supports both personal and professional growth.
