Digital Marketing Specialist - (SEO/SEM/Multilingual)

Job Description (for job boards): We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital campaign execution to lead performance marketing efforts across Latin America . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid media, search optimization, and multilingual marketing strategies tailored to diverse Latin American audiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth across Latin American markets. Manage and optimize SEM and Display campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Run paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring effective integration with other marketing channels. Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and Mixpanel. Develop strategies and report on key metrics to improve international marketing performance, specifically in Latin America. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in SaaS marketing with a focus on multimedia acquisition in the Latin American region. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building and executing global SEO strategies, with a strong understanding of regional nuances. 2–3 years of experience managing paid search, display, and social campaigns, with proven results in ROI and audience engagement. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and present performance reports. Familiarity with key digital tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: English fluency required, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese business proficiency required (written and verbal) Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt. Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
