Information Technology Field Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking an IT Field Services Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in the Pulp and Paper industry. This position is based in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan and On site 5 days a week. The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert recommendations and support for IT services and systems across assigned departments and/or facilities, aligning with both corporate and local business objectives. You will deliver on-site technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues in a 24-hour manufacturing environment. As the sole IT lead on-site, you will serve as the key liaison between the corporate IT team and the Mill, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of IT initiatives. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 2-3 years within IT field tech space - Experience with Networking/ Network support - Hands on desk support experience - Great communication skill NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience within a manufacturing setting - Hands on experience with Windows 11 Migration
