Senior System Analyst

Client: Government Type: Contract Role: Senior Systems Analyst Term: 1 Year extension option Pay Rate: Negotiable Start date: 2-3 weeks Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid ATS ID : 7177 Requirements: What you'll need Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications: Systems Analysis Experience: 10 years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environment Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata Reports Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to Development, Testing and Implementation Knowledge and experience related to TRA (Threat, Risk, Assessment) process and prepare appropriate documents Experience preparing architecture artifacts, including TRA artifacts Business, Testing & Integration Experience: 10 years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements 10 years of system testing, integration testing experience Demonstrated experience with system Integration experience including ability to understand different systems and pick up new technologies quickly Extensive experience in Quality Assurance preparing Test Plans, Test Cases and executing and monitoring unit, integration and UAT testing while working directly with clients Proven experience with requirement elicitation technics such as User interviews, Workshops, JAD facilitation and interpretation of business needs into system design requirements. Manual system testing and integration testing experience including creating test cases and test plans Public Sector experience: Knowledge of GO-IT Standards (GO-ITS) and Enterprise Architecture within the RGDMS system AODA Experience: Hands on experience with AODA and knowledge of accessibility compliance principles as presented in WCAG 2.0, level AA Must Have: 10 years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environment Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata Reports Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to Development, Testing and Implementation PREFERRED SKILLS Systems Analysis Reverse Engineering Physical Data Models ERD TRA Enterprise Architecture HOW TO APPLY Patrick Marsan is hiring for this position.
