Cyber Security Architect

CyberSecurity Architect 12 Month Contract Extensions Remote - Interview in Calgary Insight Global is looking for a Senior CyberSecurity Architect to join one of the worlds largest agricultural organizations for a 12 month contract Multiple Extensions. The preference is someone in Calgary but open to remote candidates. A successful candidate will be working in the threat risk assessment team and primarily engaging in net new projects. Responsibilities include utilizing information from internal security infrastructure to gain visibility into cyber-threats and cyber-incidents, the ability to maintain a strong understanding of current cyber security risks and vulnerabilities and collaborate with other team members. Must haves - 10 years of IT industry experience with minimum 5 of those years working as a Senior Security Architect at a mid to large sized organization. - Experience working in Cybersecurity, building out patterns, standards and policies. - Experience managing an architecture portfolio. - Previous experience working in incident response, automation and threat modelling. - Knowledge of networking, security awareness and awareness of malicious activities online. - Security documentation experience. - Must have a clear understanding of enterprise project management fundamentals and working with agile software development teams. - Experience working in an AWS or Azure environment. - Ability to think outside of the box and communicate with upper level management/stakeholders. Pluses - Experience with Microsoft architecture -System Administration Background
