Construction Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a bilingual Sr. Estimating Manager to join one of our clients, a large North American construction and infrastructure development company. In this role, the Sr. Estimating Manager will be responsible for estimating costs for electrical and hydro utility projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. The position involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate cost assessments. The successful candidate will coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather necessary inputs, prepare and submit detailed tender documents, and track and report on project financials. Required Skills & Experience -Bilingual (French/English) required. -Diploma/Degree/Trade Certification in electrical/hydro -8 years of estimating experience (electrical/power preferred) -Familiarity with Hydro Quebec, MTO standards, and Quebec Electrical Code. -Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, estimating software) -Valid driver's license and ability to travel Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Professional designation (P.Eng., C.E.T., CTech) considered an asset -Familiarity with HardDollar estimating software considered an asset
