Skills Required: • Experience of design, develop and configuration of ESRI GIS Desktop applications • Experience working with Utility Network Model (UNM) in ArcGIS Pro for managing, editing, and analyzing complex utility network dataset • Solid programming experience ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET, ESRI ArcObject and ArcFM Solution SDK for ArcGIS Pro • Experience in developing ETL services using SAFE FME Desktop and FME Server. • Experience of working on ESRI’s geodatabase Oracle / SQL Server and ArcPy library of Python • Experience in ArcPy Python scripting • Experience integrating with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, or other geospatial servers. • Experience in ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing • ESRI Technical Certification (Utility Network Management / ArcGIS Pro) • Business process understanding of gas utility Industry Role and Responsibilities • Design and develop custom desktop applications and add-ins for ArcGIS Pro and ArcFM using .NET (C#) and ArcGIS Pro SDK. • Develop, configure and implement ArcFM based features including autoupdators , ArcFM geodatabase manager and ArcFM process framework. • Extend and customize ArcGIS Pro and ArcFM workflows to enhance GIS Data editing, asset management, and analysis for gas utilities. • Design, configure and Implement Utility Network Model and ArcGIS Pipeline referencing built for Gas Asset Management System • Design and build data integration workflow using SAFE FME desktop and FME Server • Deploy and manage FME Server Jobs for scheduled ,event-driven, and real-time data processing pipelines • Configure ArcFM and Utility Network trace functionalities • Build and maintain reusable libraries and APIs to standardize geospatial operations. • Collaborate with GIS Analysts, GIS Architect and business stakeholders to define user requirements. • Integrate GIS Desktop applications with ArcGIS enterprise, external databases and asset management systems. • Analyze existing legacy GIS application and perform functionality mapping in ESRI Utility Network • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing GIS tools and applications. • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deployment scripts. • Deploy applications in Dev, QA and Production environment • Provide technical expertise on ESRI tools, best practices, and workflows for gas distribution networks • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team – adoption of Agile methodology.
